On completion of the training and subject to consideration of ability, aptitude and successful apprenticeship results it is expected that you will qualify as a Service Technician.  

Once qualified as a Service Technician you will be responsible for providing a variety of inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs. 

To support the F&W team while completing an apprenticeship programme, gaining the practical skills, technical knowledge and safe working practices needed to become a competent fabricator. You will learn how to manufacture, assemble and repair metal components and structures to specification, quality standards and production deadlines.

The Workshop Technician will report to the Workshop Controller and will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of Cura Terrae Waters’ stock, assets and builds at the Sheffield office.

Oversee existing pre-set CNC machines to produce components. Carry out general production tasks, site, and equipment maintenance duties to support the efficient running of production process.

Working towards a Level 3 Plate Welding Apprenticeship developing the next generation of world-class engineers. The role includes learning how to read engineering drawings, working on exciting engineering projects daily, and understanding and learning MIG / TIG welding.

We are offering a full time position in welding/fabrication to join our highly skilled team. You will expect to learn: MIG, TIG, MMA, Robotics, Plate Fabrication and Pipe Fabrication. Apprentices will gain valuable knowledge that will be key to their working life.
