About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in marketing. As a Marketing Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced marketing professionals, gaining practical experience across a wide range of marketing activities while studying towards the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship.
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create and update content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns and marketing materials.
- Assist with social media scheduling, monitoring and reporting.
- Support content creation including articles, case studies, photography, video and promotional materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with the organisation and promotion of exhibitions, events and company initiatives.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on key marketing metrics.
- Support website updates and digital marketing activities, including SEO and content optimisation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Barrett Steel
- Group and external suppliers to deliver marketing projects.
- Has a genuine interest in marketing, communications and digital media.
- Is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrates creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Understands the importance of social media, digital channels and Ai in modern marketing.
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys building relationships with others.
- Demonstrates initiative, professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Has a UK Driving Licence
