- Supporting the Management Information function
- Helping to produce, validate and distribute HR and payroll reports
- Analysing data
- Assisting with requests for management information from customers and stakeholders
- An interest in data, information management and analytical problem solving.
- Experience of using computer applications, including Microsoft Office products.
- Practical knowledge of spreadsheets and the ability to organise information accurately.
- Good numerical skills and an ability to interpret basic data and statistics.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with a range of people.
- Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail when handling information.
- Basic understanding of data protection, confidentiality and information security principles.
- A willingness to learn new systems, technologies and analytical techniques.
