About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Digital Systems Support Analyst to join our friendly, close knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in technology, data, or digital systems. In this role, you’ll work across our delivery, support, and data teams to help maintain and improve systems.
- Supporting the design and specification of online forms and digital application processes
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
- Helping analyse and organise data to support client reporting and internal insights
- Working with the delivery and support teams to understand client requirements
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical or data-related queries
- Supporting wider improvements across the platform and internal systems
- An interest in technology, data, or digital systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Basic familiarity with Excel, data, or reporting tools
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or client-facing roles is helpful but not essential
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
