About the Role
Working under the care navigation team, the post holder will deliver
routine non-clinical duties includingbut not limited to face-to-face and
telephone contact with patients, completing prescription requests,
processing tasks from clinical staff within the practice, scanning
letters, filing and photocopying.

About the Training
- The Apprentice will attend The Sheffield College 1 day per month on a day release
About the Employer
We are a well respected team of 5 GP partners, 4 salaried GPs, 2 ANPs, 3 practice Nurses, 4 HCAs, and over 20 Admin staff. GMS Practice in Southwest Sheffield close to the Peak district National Park. We have a diverse population of over 13,500 patients over 2 locations.
