About the Role

This apprenticeship is delivered in house at our head office in Sheffield. It will include working within a small office team doing general admin and reception duties and will be a very varied position doing a bit of everything within the team, telephone calls, processing orders and using our bespoke software.

  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking orders
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Data input
  • Cash handling
  • Customer accounts and payments

On completion if suitable there will be a position offered.

Training will be in house.
