About the Role

Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to :-

 

  Candidate Onboarding: Assist with pre-employment checks, including references, Right to Work documentation, and DBS applications.

  Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of healthcare candidates and clients on our CRM system.

  Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, log messages accurately, and respond to initial email enquiries.

  Compliance Support: Auditing candidate files to ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.

  General Administration: Manage incoming and outgoing post, scan documents, and maintain office supplies.

 

You’ll develop your skills alongside various members of the team, learning a variety of duties and supporting the whole business to continued growth. You’ll be taught and mentored by supervisors who are well versed in the job role and industry, to achieve your full potential and share in the company’s success.

About the Training

The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely and from one of their campuses, giving you the training and support you need to achieve the accompanying qualification.
