About the Role

- Prepare new starter induction paperwork and other new starter documentation
- Book and coordinate standard training courses
- Scanning and filing employee records as required
- General office duties, filing, answering the phone, taking messages
- Maintenance of HR records as requested in line with Data Protection Legislation
- Assistance with delivery of organising and delivering induction and training if required

All training will be carried out in your workplace, via a monthly group delivery session with your allocated tutor.
