About the Role

<p>Vatable are a specialist VAT and HMRC advisory firm led by former senior HMRC officers. Working as part of a team, you will liaise with various teams as well as our clients to support and pull together information on our client's cases.&nbsp;</p>

  • Liasing with the technical team, casework team, and clients to support pulling together information for their client's cases

  • Telephone calls

  • Responding to emails

  • Inputting on CRM system

  • Processing confidential data and dealing with client enquiries and responding accordingly

  • General admin duties 
  • Important - must have access to own transport as no public transport available
  • Customer Service - Must be confident on the telephone and dealing with clients face - to face
  • Work Experience - Desirable, not essential - demonstating working with people

Full-time employment on competition of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Your apprenticeship will be delivered within your work place by regular sessions with your work based college tutor.
