Apprentice Estimator

<p>Arnold Wragg are looking for a 3rd person to join our office-based sales and estimating team, working directly for the General Manager to support in day to day tasks whilst building relationships with clients and suppliers.</p>

• Respond to clients’ requests for quotations by obtaining and collecting prices from raw materials to special processes, adding in house manufacturing costs to compile and send back to the customer
• Check incoming orders and create new route cards for shop floor manufacturing, adding additional processes where necessary to ensure parts are correct
• Contact suppliers to follow up on raised purchase orders in aide to ensure customer due dates are met
• Follow current order book to be able to keep clients informed with necessary order progressing
• Scan documents, file, maintain records, office administration as and when required

• The Apprentice will attend college 1 day per month alongside regular work place visits
