About the Role
This is a fast-paced position, and a high level of customer service is required, and you will be expected to execute the role responsibly, independently and proactively and there will be opportunities to eventually progress into a senior sales role, so this is suited to an ambitious person.
With RNN Group support, this Apprenticeship will give you an insight into GD Woodworking and how a large business operates.
This role will specifically develop you into a professional Administration specialist in a large organisation.
You will learn the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be able to:
- Support the senior sales team as and when needed
- Work closely with the sales team sharing information and helping each other
- Interact with customers when quoting replacement parts by both phone and e-mail
- Preparing quotations for new developments
- Answer the phone
A high level of customer service is required so you will be expected to execute the role responsibly, independently and proactively and there will be opportunities to eventually progress into a sales, accounts or production administration role dependent on where your interest lie’.
Driving licence will be required to progress in the role.
About the Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Monthly day release online (6-hour sessions) and 10-weekly onsite reviews & observations.
