About the Role

A great opportunity working For Euro Asian Parts as their business administration apprentice to provide office and employee support whilst organising the files and records of business activity. Interacting with clients on the phone and by e-mail, processing purchase orders and sales invoices. Great supportive company with progression opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Assisting director with management of the business
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Researching company data and archived reports
  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
  • Dealing with import and export broker
  • Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
  • Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
  • Invoicing and processing purchase orders
  • Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  • Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
  • Emailing sales invoices
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
  • Collecting and sorting post
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Ordering office stationery and other supplies
  • Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
  • Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
