About the Role
Working as a Customer Service Advisor on our busy electrical trade counter, you will be supporting customers with orders both face to face, over the phone, via email and online. Managing Cash & card payments, online orders, returns and delivering a professional and efficient service to our customers.
- Providing excellent customer service to our existing and new customers
- Managing orders both face to face, over the telephone, by email and online
- Taking cash and card payments
- Working as a busy team on our busy trade counter
- Dealing with refunds
Excellent opportunity of employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
About the Training
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
You will also work towards achieving English and maths Functional Skills.
Full on the job training will be provided.
6 hours of paid off the job training (delivered onsite at Electrical Wholesalers Sheffield Ltd and over TEAMs) will be provided by the employer which included job shadowing, attending online training sessions, 1:1 support meeting, assignments, revision, mock assessments and any other training that will benefit you and your role.
