About the Role

Wrights Recoveries are a market leader within the asset management and recovery sector, we are very well established in the market and have an outstanding reputation. We are now looking for a business administration apprentice to come and join the team to complete administrative tasks.

Job description includes but not limited to:

  • Working on our online system
  • Being one of the main points of contact for customers and several UK wide recovery agents
  • Updating agent diaries and ensuring appointments are kept up to date
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from clients, customers and third parties on a daily basis
  • Calling customers and arranging bookings adhering to DPA Policy at all times
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Entering data into internal databases
  • Other tasks assigned by Management

Potential of full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

About the Training

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Includes 1 day per month attending The Sheffield College (Hillsborough Campus).
