About the Role
Due to the astounding 4 years in business Gravitate Accounting are looking to expand the central support team and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. Are you wanting to start a career in a business support role working with a team who think outside the box and aren’t afraid to push the boundaries? This role may be for you!
Along with your apprenticeship, you will carry out the following duties in your role as office support (NB this list is not exclusive):
- Reception duties
- Answering calls and online enquiries
- Dealing with internal and external post
- Greeting clients who attend the office
- Monitoring office stock levels and ordering stock when required
- Complete daily admin tasks so client records are up to date.
- Diary and email management.
- Administration support to all of the team.
- Keeping our Practice Management System up to date – ensuring all outstanding tasks are kept up to date.
- Proactive and High paced approach to work
- Promote Gravitate Accounting on various social media platforms.
- Follow our core values.
Potential of full time permanent employment upon succesful completion of the apprenticeship.
About the Training
Business Administration L3 qualification
Includes 1 day per month at The Sheffield College, a mixture of face to face delivery and online.
