About the Role

In this role, you will support our sales staff with brokering commercial finance deals and supporting our external brokers. This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to learn about sales, commercial finance, marketing, relationship management and much more. You will receive a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship qualification.

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting our Sales team with administrative and business support tasks
  • Shadowing the sales team and learning about the business.
  • Booking in appointments
  • Responding to internal communications
  • Following administration processes and adhering to GDPR
  • Making suggestions for process improvements
  • Managing the online enquires inbox
  • Sending/receiving/managing documents
  • Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks
  • Support with admin tasks and or business improvement projects.
  • Answering colleague questions and queries and assisting with admin support requests across the business.
  • Supporting external brokers
  • Answering the telephone/incoming queries
  • We will offer full time roles to apprentices once they have completed their apprenticeship.

About the Training

  • In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Business Admin Level 3 qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures
  • Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
  • You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours

About the Employer

We are a commercial finance broker network. We support our national network of external brokers to provide commercial finance advice to their clients. We also provide commercial finance advice to clients in house.
